AC Partners is a 7-year-old creative marketing and PR agency specializing in beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics. Our clients include med spas, dermatology practices, aesthetic clinics, wellness brands, and retail beauty brands sold in Sephora, Ulta, Target, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to support our content team across multiple client accounts. You'll help keep feeds and stories consistent, on brand, and on schedule. This is a great role for someone early in their social media career who wants hands-on experience with recognizable beauty and wellness brands.

What You'll Do

• Schedule posts, reels, and stories across client accounts
• Draft and proofread captions that match each brand's voice
• Engage with followers: responding to comments and DMs, and interacting with relevant accounts
• Organize content in shared folders and keep content calendars up to date
• Assist on content days with setup, shot list tracking, and behind-the-scenes capture
• Research trends, audio, and content ideas for each client
• Update task status in Asana so the team always knows where things stand

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience managing social media (personal brand, freelance, or internship experience counts)
• Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
• Comfort with Instagram, TikTok, and scheduling tools
• Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Organization and the ability to juggle multiple accounts at once
• Based in Miami and available for on-site content days
• Interest in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics is a strong plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
