Job Description
About the Role
We are a group of established ecommerce and internet businesses looking for a motivated marketing coordinator to handle daily execution across multiple brands. You will be doing real, hands-on work across email marketing, content creation, product photography/video, copywriting, product listings, social media, and more. You will work across brands in a variety of industries including specialty tobacco, packaged foods/candy, tea, packaging equipment, and various other internet and digital properties. Every week looks a little different, and you will have real ownership of the work you produce.
What We Expect
We are looking for someone who can walk in, get up to speed on our businesses, projects, and goals - then come back with a marketing plan. You should be the type of person who absorbs what we do, identifies opportunities, and proposes a weekly execution schedule. Then you spend the week executing, analyzing results, and refining the plan for the next round. Rinse and repeat.
*If you need someone to hand you a task list every morning, this is not the right fit!*

- Able to learn multiple businesses quickly and context-switch between them regularly
- A good eye for design. You should be comfortable with using and learning tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating marketing visuals, light photo editing, and keeping things looking professional

- Comfortable with a camera. You should be able to produce clean product photos and simple videos
- Familiar with email marketing, social media platforms, and basic ecommerce and digital marketing concepts
- Strong writing skills. You will be leveraging AI, but you need the taste and judgment to keep everything sounding human, on-brand, and polished.
