Job Description
POSITION
Social Media & Marketing Manager PRACTICE AREAS: Personal Injury Law, Criminal Defense Law SCHEDULE: Flexible LOCATION: Downtown Brooksville PAY: Commensurate with experience START DATE: Flexible; December 2026 - January 2027
ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you obsessed with sharing stories online? Do you love meeting new people and finding creative ways to get people talking? Do you have a knack for creating content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with? Do your friends laugh at your memes in the group chat the hardest? We need you.
We are a small, family-run personal injury and criminal defense law firm looking for a creative, outgoing, and self-motivated person to help us grow our business and build our presence in the community.
We are two lawyers who started a law firm because we studied, and now practice, law. We did NOT study and do NOT practice marketing and/ or social media. We need help driving business and clients to our office so we can stay in our lane and keep lawyering.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.
We are looking for someone who can take an idea and run with it, whether that means creating a social media post, filming a video, organizing a community event, or introducing us to the business down the street.
You don't need to come in with a huge marketing budget or a corporate marketing playbook. We need someone who is creative, resourceful, organized, and excited about helping a small business grow.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We offer a casual, supportive, and flexible work environment. Our firm has two attorneys, one of whom works in our Brooksville office and the other who works remotely from Orlando. You will be an addition to a very small and selective team of people who believe kindness and respect in the workplace is paramount.
This position will require some regular in-person time in the Brooksville area, particularly for community events, networking, content creation, and meetings with the attorneys. However, we understand that creativity doesn't necessarily happen from 9 to 5, and we are open to discussing a schedule that works for everyone with the right candidate.

Finally, we don't expect you to know everything, and we don't expect you to have all the answers. We want someone to bring ideas, be willing to try new things, learn what works, and help us figure it out along the way, because we ultimately want someone who wants to work with us and help us build something great.
