Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator

Spine Life Chiropractic is a growing, locally owned chiropractic and wellness practice with locations in Niceville and Crestview, Florida.

We are passionate about helping our community move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. From chiropractic care and sports injury treatment to shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, massage, and recovery services, we offer a wide variety of treatments designed to help our patients live their best lives.

We're looking for a creative, motivated, and social media-savvy individual to help bring our brand to life!

The Position

*Are you the person who always knows what's trending* on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok? Do you enjoy creating videos, capturing great photos, and coming up with fresh ideas for social media?

We want someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us create content that is fun, educational, professional, and engaging.

We're not looking for someone to simply post pictures. We want a creative thinker who can help tell our story, showcase our team, and grow our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and educational content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of our offices, staff, treatments, and events.
• Develop creative content ideas that highlight our services and connect with our community.
• Help our doctors create educational videos about chiropractic care, injury prevention, recovery, and wellness.
• Take photos and videos of our team, offices, and community involvement.
• Create and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Stay current with social media trends, popular audio, and content strategies.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and announcements.
• Help grow our social media following, engagement, and overall brand awareness.
• Work alongside our team to develop creative marketing ideas for both office locations.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance when creating content.

What We're Looking For

• Creative, outgoing, motivated, and comfortable working with people.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Familiarity with editing platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Ability to independently brainstorm, film, edit, and publish content.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable directing staff members during video shoots.
• Reliable transportation between our Niceville and Crestview locations.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.
