Social Media Content Creator – Entry Level

First Landings Aviation is looking for an energetic, creative Social Media Content Creator to help us show people what happens every day at one of Central Florida’s busiest flight schools and aviation businesses.

This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, photography, video, and creating engaging content. You do not need years of professional marketing experience—we're looking for someone who understands social media, has a good eye for content, and is comfortable talking with people.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be keeping First Landings active, responsive, and engaging across our social media channels.

Typical responsibilities include

• Create and publish approximately 1–2 social media posts per day
• Capture photos and short-form video around the airport, flight school, aircraft, instructors, students, and events
• Create Instagram/Facebook Reels and other short-form video content
• Write captions and create simple graphics
• Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and social media inquiries
• Help turn social media inquiries into leads for our flight school and other services
• Highlight student accomplishments, first solos, checkrides, new pilots, aircraft, employees, and day-to-day airport life
• Help promote special events, training programs, offers, and company announcements
• Monitor our social media pages and help make sure questions receive timely responses
• Look for new content ideas and aviation/social media trends we can use
• Help maintain a consistent First Landings brand and voice
