Social Media and Events Coordinator

Overview

Clear Skies Meadery is seeking an energetic candidate passionate about craft beverages and hospitality to join us as a Social Media and Events Coordinator.

Essential responsibilities include developing and executing engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and coordinating and supporting events that strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management tools, and visual content creation to connect with multiple audiences and elevate brand image effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Core duties of our social media and events coordinator include, but are not limited to

• Build and strengthen the CSM brand identity, and promote the joy and love we find in mead and mead-making to the broader public.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Create, compile, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets, using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other media editing tools.
• Maintaining social media profiles, growing our audience, and keeping followers aware of tasting room events, product releases, and external festivals and tastings where they can engage with CSM.
• Seeking new marketing opportunities and partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Securing CSM’s position in external events and other opportunities for community outreach and direct-to-consumer sales.
• Attracting new clients for private events and tasting room rentals, both by developing promotional materials for these services and acting as a liaison for potential clients.
• Participating actively in internal and external events and recording materials for social media and advertisements.
