Key Responsibilities

* Content Creation & Management: * + Develop engaging content to promote StoneFly’s storage, networking, systems, and virtualization solutions across various digital platforms (website, blogs, email campaigns, social media). + Create marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and white papers, that highlight product features and customer success stories. * Digital Marketing & Campaigns: * + Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media to drive brand awareness and lead generation. + Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and attract high-quality traffic. * Social Media Management: * + Manage and grow StoneFly’s social media presence by creating and sharing engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. + Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement. * Analytics & Reporting: * + Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. + Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. * Event & Webinar Management: * + Organize and promote online webinars, virtual events, and product demonstrations to engage potential customers and showcase StoneFly’s offerings. + Work with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals. * Collaboration with Internal Teams: * + Partner with the sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives. + Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns with technology partners and resellers.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the technology or IT infrastructure sectors (storage, networking, virtualization).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with an understanding of how to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, HubSpot, social media management tools).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a creative and data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of StoneFly’s products and solutions is a plus.
• Experience with B2B marketing, particularly in the storage, networking, or virtualization industries.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce.
