Key Concepts Marketing is a Texas-based, full-service marketing agency in its seventh year of business. We’re growing quickly and looking for a detail-oriented SEO & Paid Search Specialist to support a variety of client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly knowledgeable in Google platforms, SEO tactics, paid search advertising, analytics, and website optimization. The right candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines across multiple client accounts.

The Sales & Development Coordinator serves as the SEO project manager and handles the majority of client communication, including approvals and clarification requests.

Immediate training and onboarding are available, with the selected candidate expected to begin work right away.

What You’ll Do

• Set up Google platforms for new client accounts, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile. This includes creating accounts, placing necessary code on websites, and configuring tracking.
• Create, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles. Assist clients with completing verification and providing necessary documentation when required.
• Submit new webpages to Google Search Console for indexing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Google Search Console errors, indexing issues, and other technical concerns as they occur.
• Update and optimize website title tags and meta descriptions based on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and search intent.
• Review and optimize website image alt text for accessibility, SEO, and image search visibility.
• Create and manage citation listings to improve local SEO consistency and online visibility.
• Identify and pursue relevant backlink opportunities to strengthen website authority and support organic search performance.
