Job Summary

We're looking for an SEO Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between Spartan SEM and a portfolio of client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management and campaign execution, you'll be the person clients trust to keep them informed, and the person our internal operations team relies on to keep campaigns on track. You'll monitor and manage client communications closely, ensure deliverables are hitting deadlines and expectations, and act as the client's advocate inside Spartan SEM, pushing our internal team to not just meet goals, but exceed them.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned book of client accounts, managing day-to-day communication via email and other channels
• Monitor client communications closely and respond to all client messages within a couple of hours during business hours
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure SEO deliverables are completed on time and to the standard clients expect
• Own monthly client reporting, clearly outlining the previous month's completed work, SEO progress, and overall campaign performance
• Lead monthly client meetings as needed to review performance, address questions, and align on
