We are a regenerative medicine and longevity clinic on the Joya Hospital Group campus in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, serving patients from the United States and Canada who cannot access advanced cell therapies at home. Our medical team delivers allogenic MSC therapy, peptide and NAD+ protocols, and — through our sister company Cellarion — autologous iPSC therapy, the frontier of the field. We are trusted by 23 golf tour professionals and legends of the game, who put their bodies and their careers in our hands. We treated 170 patients in 2025, our pricing sits alongside the top US longevity clinics, and we are backed by a growth round led by Longevity Venture Fund I.

Getting the licenses, protocols, equipment and people in place took two years. Scaling it is the next job — and that is the job we are hiring for.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to run the Nuevo Vallarta flagship end to end — both the operation and the growth. This is a combined COO / CMO seat: you will own everything between a stranger's first encounter with RENUE and a discharged, delighted, referring patient. On the operations side that means scheduling and patient flow, clinical operations support for the medical team, the Patient Advisor team, supply chain for cells and consumables, quality and compliance, facilities, staffing and the weekly numbers. On the growth side it means US and Canadian patient acquisition: paid media, SEO and content, channel partners, lifecycle and conversion.

This is an operator's seat, not an executive-suite seat. You will be on the floor with the clinical team, on calls with US patients and their families, in the ad accounts and the analytics, and in the spreadsheets every week. You will report directly to the Founde
