Director of Sales & Marketing

We are a growing commercial and industrial power solutions company specializing in the buying, selling, rental, financing, and servicing of generators and related power equipment. The company serves customers nationwide across industries including data centers, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate, telecommunications, and other mission-critical environments. In addition to equipment sales and rentals, they provide turnkey services including installation, decommissioning, asset recovery, site planning, testing, and ongoing generator support.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth across a growing commercial and industrial power-generation business. This person will oversee the strategy, people, processes, and execution behind how the company identifies new opportunities, develops customer relationships, generates demand, and converts opportunities into profitable revenue. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. We are looking for a commercial leader who understands how to build and coach a high-performing sales organization while remaining close to customers, pipeline, key accounts, and major opportunities. There will be a bonus and commission plan in addition to base salary!!

The Director will work closely with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to expand the company's presence across industries including data centers, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate, telecommunications, and other mission-critical environments.
