Senior Paid Media Manager

Rogue Wave Marketing is looking for a senior, hands-on paid media expert to fully own Google Ads and Meta strategy and execution across our client accounts.

This is not an hourly role, and we are not looking for someone who waits for a list of tasks.

We need someone who can take an account, understand the client's business and goals, determine the paid media strategy, execute it, monitor performance, identify problems, test new approaches, and proactively tell us what should happen next.

We need a paid media expert, not a button pusher.

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS

This is an ongoing contract position with compensation based on the client accounts you own — not the number of hours you spend working on them.

Compensation starts at $500 per active client account per month for standard account management.

Compensation increases based on scope and complexity, including

• Managing both Google Ads and Meta for the same client
• Larger or more complex advertising budgets
• Multiple locations or markets
• More complex campaign structures
• Greater creative or testing requirements
• Ecommerce or other advanced advertising needs
• Additional platforms or significantly expanded scope

We care about results, account health, proactive management and strategic thinking — not how many hours it takes you to accomplish those things.

Someone with strong systems who can manage an account efficiently should benefit from that efficiency.

This is also a performance-driven relationship. We are looking for someone who wants long-term ownership of successful accounts. Continued account assignments will depend on campaign performance, quality of management, communication, strategy and your ability to proactively improve results.
