About the Role

The Senior Member Marketing Manager leads member marketing strategy, innovation, and execution across client programs. This role serves as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams, translating market trends, client needs, member behavior, and business priorities into effective engagement strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer and strong operator who can move fluidly between client conversations, market analysis, campaign planning, and internal execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Insights, & Innovation

* Lead strategy: Develop and evolve member marketing strategies that align with client goals, market expectations, and member needs. * Monitor trends: Track market trends, client feedback, member engagement patterns, and emerging communication practices within healthcare, benefits, and B2B2C marketing. * Translate insights: Turn market and client insights into clear recommendations, campaign strategies, messaging approaches, and channel plans. * Drive evolution: Identify opportunities to improve the member marketing approach using new campaign concepts, personalization, and journey-based communications. *
