We're launching a brand-new consumer-facing brand in the home services space, built on top of our existing network of 300+ home improvement companies across the U.S.

Clean slate. Real ad budget from day one. A rev-share business model that rewards creative that actually converts, not creative that wins awards.

We need one person to own the creative for our Meta ads: the angles, the hooks, the scripts, the feedback loop with editors, and the read on what's working and why.

Not a traditional media buyer. Not a content creator. Something better.

You sit at the intersection of creative ideation and performance analysis. You generate a steady stream of high-quality ad angles, write the scripts, brief the editors, and live in the ad account data so your next round of ideas is sharper than the last.

This is direct response, not brand marketing. The goal is homeowner leads that turn into appointments and, ultimately, sales.
