The Senior Manager Social Media & Content - COVERGRIL will be responsible for building brand presence, driving audience growth and engagement, and delivering high-performing content campaigns and strategies that support wider marketing and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior Manager Social Media & Content, you are responsible for social media channel management, content creation/storytelling, and campaign support. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with analytical thinking, understands how to design and adapt brand storytelling across channels and audiences and has deep knowledge of social media platforms.

Your main focus

Social Media Channel Management

Develop and execute social media strategies across all key platforms with focus on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Manage day-to-day operations on the brand’s social media channels, including the social media content calendar and community management to ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Define platform-specific growth strategies to increase reach, engagement and community growth,

Engage with our online community, fostering relationships and encouraging audience participation.

Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, algorithm changes and competitive activity to keep content innovative and best in class.

Content Creation and Brand Storytelling

Develop and curate compelling organic social media and CRM content, including text, images, videos, graphics, campaign assets and edit
