Goodheart-Willcox Publisher, Experts in Career and Technical Education (CTE), and an employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing. This role will drive growth and market impact for a leading portfolio of Health & Physical Education and Health Sciences solutions. As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will lead go-to-market strategy, shape product positioning, and align cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that accelerate revenue, strengthen market presence, and support success across the secondary education market. Our compensation is market based and takes into account a variety of factors including the candidate’s skill set, experience level, internal equity, and location. For this position, we anticipate the starting salary falling between $115,000 and $130,000 per year. In addition, the company makes a 10% contribution to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and a 4% matching contribution to the 401(k). What you’ll do: Strategic Leadership & Business Growth * Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Health & PE and Health Science product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, growth priorities, key customer accounts, and revenue goals. * Contribute to annual and long-range business planning by identifying market opportunities, growth strategies, and portfolio priorities. * Establish sales, market growth, and key customer account strategies in partnership with sales and editorial teams, contributing to forecasting, target setting, and revenue planning. * Help set and achieve product list sales targets. * Guide and align stakeholders across departments to drive strategic initiatives, prioritize investments and resources, and achieve organizational objectives. * Monitor, evaluate, and optimize business performance through defined goals, KPIs, and strategic metrics.
