About the Role

At TAE Power Solutions, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in translating highly technical power electronics, energy storage, and data center infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling messaging for commercial and customer-facing audiences. This role reports directly to the Chief Market Officer and will help complement this function within TAE Power Solutions. The role will help differentiate the value proposition to broad audience, including the likes of data center procurement teams, data center commercial and marketing teams, strategic partners, trade audiences, and other stakeholders who need to understand our technology without living inside the engineering details.

For the first 6-12 months, this role will be centered on Power Fabric positioning, messaging, and content strategy. You will work closely with market intelligence, product, engineering, commercial leadership, and TAE Tech Communications to turn complex technical inputs into narratives that help customers understand what we do, why it matters, and how it can help solve real infrastructure challenges. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence.

This role is ideal for someone who has marketed complex technical solutions before, enjoys turning ambiguity into clarity, and is equally comfortable engaging with technical SMEs, commercial leaders, and communications teams.
