We're growing fast and looking for a driven, personable Marketing & Sales Associate to help us generate leads, convert inquiries into patients, and keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

This isn't a typical front desk role. You'll be the first voice patients hear when they call, the person following up with every lead, and the engine behind our outreach. If you're confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and energized by connecting with people, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

*Phone & Lead Management*

• Answer all incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up with leads
• Handle appointment confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Confidently communicate the value of our services and address questions or hesitations
• Track all leads and conversations in our CRM

*Marketing & Outreach*

• Create and post engaging daily content on Instagram and Facebook
• Engage with potential new patients daily via social media
• Plan and coordinate monthly workshops and community events
• Build partnerships with local businesses and healthcare providers
• Distribute marketing materials throughout the community

*Clinic Support*

• Greet patients warmly and provide new patient tours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic
• Support patient engagement through our exercise app and membership tools
