Social Media Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Part Time

All Pro Pools – Dublin / Columbus, Ohio $18-21/hour | Part-Time | Approximately 15–25 Hours/Week

All Pro Pools is looking for an energetic, creative, organized Social Media Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our local presence, create great content, and turn interest into actual customers.

This is not just a social media posting job.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable jumping between Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, customer messages, sales leads, photos, videos, marketing projects, and general day-to-day coordination.

If you are the kind of person who sees a great pool installation happening and immediately thinks, “We need to get a video of this,” you may be exactly who we are looking for.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with the All Pro Pools team to help market and sell swimming pools throughout Central Ohio.

Responsibilities may include

Create and post content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms Take photos and short-form videos at pool installations and completed projects Create Reels, Stories and simple promotional videos Write captions and promotional posts Respond to social media messages and inquiries Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text and email Help organize and track incoming sales leads Schedule appointments for interested customers Keep Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist and other local listings updated Help create promotions, flyers, emails and other marketing materials Ask customers for reviews, photos and referrals Assist with local events and neighborhood marketing Help us come up with new ideas to generate leads and sales Who We’re Looking For
