Human Friendly Robotics builds robots that do real construction work and we’re looking for someone to help us sell them and make sure people know they exist.

This role is part sales, part content. Sales comes first, but the role and company offer a tremendous opportunity for future growth.

Your job is simple: get Tyler, our flooring robot, onto more job sites

. That might mean cold-calling flooring contractors in the morning, visiting a customer in the afternoon, filming Tyler working, and turning that footage into a LinkedIn post or video the next day.

You’ll have a lot of scope and autonomy. We care much more about what you make happen than whether you’ve had the right job title before.

In this role you’ll own a mix of

• Prospecting and selling to commercial flooring contractors. EX: Cold calls, email, LinkedIn and whatever else gets conversations started
• Following opportunities relentlessly until they turn into deployments
• Shooting photos and video of our robots in the shop and in the field
• Flexing that creative muscle. You’ll have to create LinkedIn and X posts, short-form videos, infographics, newsletters, case studies and other content
• Using AI tools aggressively to research, create, edit and repurpose content faster
• Finding new ways to generate attention, leads and customers
• Tracking what’s actually producing pipeline and doing more of it

You’ll get to partner directly with our CEO and CRO, but we aren’t going to give you a rigid marketing and sales playbook. If something works, do more of it. If it doesn’t, stop.

Who we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• You communicate extremely well. You’re comfortable picking up the phone. You’re comfortable being ignored. You’re comfortable walking onto a construction site and talking to people you’ve never met
