Social Media Content Creator/ Marketing Partner

HeartsLinked is an accessible crystal jewelry brand built around style, storytelling, and the meaning behind each piece. We're growing our presence on TikTok and Instagram and looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing Partner to help bring our products to life through video content.

About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based partnership — not a traditional hourly position. You'll create styling videos, behind-the-scenes content, and educational posts about our jewelry, and earn commission based on the sales and engagement your content drives. It's a great fit for someone building a content portfolio, growing a personal brand, or looking for flexible income tied directly to creative output.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content (styling videos, behind-the-scenes, educational/product-focused posts) for TikTok and Instagram
• Represent the HeartsLinked brand voice and aesthetic authentically across platforms
• Collaborate on content ideas tied to seasonal campaigns and new product launches
• Stay current on jewelry, wellness, and crystal-healing trends relevant to our audience

Qualifications

• Located in or near Jersey City, NJ
• Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram (personal or professional)
• Strong interest in jewelry, styling, and wellness
• Comfortable on camera and confident presenting products
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Sales-oriented mindset — motivated by commission-based earning potential

Compensation

Commission-based, tied to content performance and sales generated. Specific commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
