Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional retail marketing strategies that drive store traffic, revenue growth, and community engagement across our Ohio market. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this individual contributor role will lead cross-functional marketing efforts to support daily promotional activity, customer retention initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and new store openings within their assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail marketing campaigns and promotions that support daily, weekly, and seasonal sales goals in Ohio.
• Drive traffic and revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies across paid media, in-store signage, event activations, local advertising, and community engagement.
• Serve as the marketing point of contact for regional Retail and Operations teams to support initiatives, share performance insights, and align on campaign execution.
• Collaborate with national marketing, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all local market activations.
