* Create and implement paid social media plans to support the business objectives of clients.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform research on target audiences.
• Develop/implement social media strategies to achieve client business objectives.
• Create and publish engaging ads.
• Work with editorial staff and design to ensure the highest quality work.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communication.
• Monitor performance of campaigns using social media reporting tools and web traffic metrics.
• Utilize AI to expeditiously create/implement the highest quality most impactul ads.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies.

Competencies

• Proven work experience as a social media manager.
• Hands on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Eye for innovative ways to connect with target audiences.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
• Solid knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Solid knowledge of social media performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Meta and Google analytical skills.
• At least 5 years of paid social media management experience.
