Real estate marketing manager

Job Summary

This is a part time job. The Real Estate Marketing Manager builds demand and strengthens property visibility through coordinated, data-informed marketing. You’ll lead campaigns across digital and traditional channels, align messaging with business goals, and partner with sales, property, and creative teams to reach prospective buyers, tenants, and business clients. Your impact: By connecting audience research with effective campaigns, you help prospective clients find relevant properties and support sales teams with qualified demand.

Duties

• Plan and manage multichannel marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, and business-to-business (B2B) campaigns, including social media advertising, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, email, and print advertising.
• Lead content marketing, content writing, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, and creative production using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage marketing projects, budgets, advertising sales activities, and marketing automation tools; coordinate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Track web analytics and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; apply research and data-driven decision making to improve results.
• Lead and develop marketing, advertising, or public relations teams; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and other partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing management, digital marketing, marketing campaign management.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, social media marketing, and web analytics reporting.
• Experience with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, graphic design, and multichannel advertising preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, advertising sales, Claude, Perplexity, Groc and Chat GPT and B2B marketing preferred.

Pay: From $15,000.00 per year
