Marketing and Events Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Events Specialist to join the BVS team and play a key role in how we connect with customers, support our sales teams, and bring our brands to life.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between planning a major industry event, creating a customer newsletter, developing social media content, designing marketing materials, and making sure product information is accurate and up to date. If you're organized, creative, resourceful, and the person others count on to get things across the finish line, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Own

Events & Experiences

• Plan and execute BVS and Fusion Manufacturing events, trade shows, customer meetings, and field events—from the first planning meeting through the final follow-up.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, travel, shipping, signage, promotional materials, presentations, staffing, budgets, and on-site logistics.
• Support signature BVS events including PEAK, Farming in Focus, and Fish Camps.

Marketing & Communications

• Create and coordinate marketing content across digital, print, email, social media, and other channels.
• Write and edit customer-facing communications, including our Poultry Talk and Swine Talk quarterly newsletters.
• Develop presentations, brochures, flyers, product information, promotional materials, and sales resources.
• Help maintain our websites, social media presence, marketing resources, and brand standards.

Product & Brand Support

• Work with Regulatory, Compliance, Technical Services, Sales, and other teams to ensure product information and marketing materials are accurate and current.
• Support the review and maintenance of product labels and customer-facing product materials.
• Help ensure BVS and Fusion Manufacturing products and messaging are represented consistently and professionally.
