Business Development & Marketing Coordinator- Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Coordinator (Client Acquisition Coordinator) to help grow multiple professional service businesses through lead generation, relationship development, pipeline management, appointment setting, client follow-up, referrals, and revenue-producing activities.

This is a small business (not a corporate job) so many hats must be worn.

This is not primarily a social media or administrative marketing position.

The primary purpose of this role is

Create qualified opportunities, move prospects through the pipeline, generate appointments, support referrals and cross-selling, and contribute to measurable revenue growth.

This means staying on top of leads, prospects, clients, and opportunities/revenue.

You must be comfortable on the phone and with other communication tools.

The long-term objective establishing and maintaing a repeatable client-acquisition system.

Because the businesses include financial services, insurance, therapy, and coaching/financial wellness, the coordinator must understand that different business lines have different regulatory, privacy, advertising, and professional requirements.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
