Part-Time Social Media Manager

Overview

Fronthouse Media is seeking a motivated Part-Time Entry-Level Social Media Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, trends, and live event coverage. This position is primarily remote, but candidates must be available to attend meetings, concerts, and special events in San Juan for live social media coverage.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week), offering flexibility and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and audience engagement using tools like Buffer and Google Analytics.
• Cover events and create real-time content (stories, reels, posts).
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing (Tik Tok, AI tools and other emerging technologies).

Requirements

• Must reside in the northern region of Puerto Rico, with availability to travel to San Juan when needed.
• Be flexible to work extended hours or weekends during events.
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva for simple design and content editing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
