We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Assistant to manage our day-to-day operations across our key sales channels. This is a highly flexible, work-from-home position perfect for an organized individual looking to grow within a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Position Overview

As our Marketing & E-commerce Operations Assistant, your focus will be driving online growth, managing marketplace logistics, and ensuring seamless backend operations. You will work independently from home while participating in structured weekly sync-up meetings to review product updates, analyze sales performance, and brainstorm solutions to operational issues. While the day-to-day work is remote, a valid driver's license and your own transportation are required.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Platform Management: Maintain, optimize, and manage online sales on Amazonand TikTok Shop, ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and tags are updated to boost conversions.
• Social Commerce & Marketing: Help coordinate and execute digital marketing strategies, utilizing TikTok and other social media channels to drive viral engagement and funnel traffic to our store listings.
• Product & Inventory Syncs: Monitor weekly storefront health and prepare status briefs for our weekly meetings to discuss product performance or inventory bottlenecks.
• Administrative & Support Errands: Assist the business owner with daily workflow tracking, general administrative tasks, and occasional local business errands.

Preferred Qualifications & Plus Factors

• Manufacturer Coordination: Experience researching, reaching out to, and maintaining professional correspondence with external product manufacturers and suppliers.
• Shipping & Logistics Proficiency: Prior experience managing online shipping software, preparing inventory for fulfillment networks (such as Amazon FBA or TikTok Shipping), handling shipping labels, and navigating carrier workflows.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable, personal transportation.
• Solid baseline knowledge or experience working inside Amazon Seller Central and the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for productive remote work.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Consistent availability for scheduled virtual weekly meetings.
