Job Description
Part-Time E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Be Here Farm + Nature | Remote | 15–20 Hours/Week | $40–$60/Hour
About Us
Be Here Farm + Nature is a small, founder-led botanical skincare company rooted in biodynamic agriculture, regenerative practices, and a deep connection to nature.
Unlike most skincare brands, we grow and harvest nearly all of our botanical ingredients ourselves, handcraft our products in small batches, and oversee the entire journey from garden to finished product.
We believe skincare can be much more than a product. It can be an invitation to reconnect with nature.
We're a growing independent brand with an established e-commerce business, a distinctive visual identity, and ambitious plans for the years ahead. We're looking for someone who can help us bring more of our ideas to life.

The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly capable, organized, and resourceful Part-Time E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinatorto take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
This is a hands-on role, not a senior marketing strategy position. Our founder provides the creative vision, much of the written content, and overall direction, supported by experienced marketing and creative partners. Your responsibility will be to turn those ideas and plans into finished work, keep projects moving, and ensure the many details of our digital business are handled accurately and consistently.
We're looking for someone who knows their way around Shopify and Klaviyo, has a good creative eye, enjoys solving problems, and takes genuine satisfaction in getting things done.
We're also particularly excited to find someone who is curious about AI and eager to explore how emerging tools can help a small team accomplish significantly more.
We're looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, excellent judgment, and the initiative to take ownership of their work. You don't need expertise in every area listed below, but you should be resourceful, technically capable, and eager to expand your skills.
What You'll Do
Email Marketing / Klaviyo
- Build, format, QA, schedule, and send approximately eight email campaigns per month using founder-provided copy, creative direction, and established templates.
- Manage email segments, lists, tags, and campaign targeting.
- Maintain existing automated flows and help implement improvements to welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, and other email sequences.
- Monitor email performance, identify opportunities, and coordinate outside design support when needed.
Shopify / E-Commerce
- Manage routine Shopify administration, including products, collections, product pages, promotions, discount codes, bundles, subscriptions, and apps.
- Keep the storefront accurate, organized, and current.
- Test promotions, checkout experiences, links, and mobile functionality.
- Implement straightforward website updates and coordinate with technical specialists when necessary.
Marketing Campaigns & Launches
- Execute planned product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain calendars, checklists, assets, and deadlines.
- Coordinate campaigns across email, Shopify, the website, and social media.
- Take ownership of operational details so projects move forward without constant founder involvement.
Organic Social Media & Content
- Help maintain a consistent presence on Instagram and other platforms.
- Repurpose our extensive photography and video library into posts, simple carousels, Reels, and other content.
- Turn founder-provided ideas, writing, and existing assets into finished, publishable content.
- Schedule posts and assist with routine social media administration.
- Coordinate with outside creative collaborators when needed.
- Organize archival content for more efficient utilization
Website, Analytics & Marketing Operations
- Keep website content, collections, landing pages, and merchandising up to date.
- Implement straightforward SEO improvements and emerging AI-search optimization recommendations.
- Maintain simple reporting on sales, conversion, traffic, average order value, and email performance.
- Identify meaningful changes or potential problems and communicate them clearly.
- Keep marketing projects, assets, and tasks organized.
- Develop simple standard operating procedures and improve recurring workflows.
AI-Assisted Workflows & Automation
This is an emerging area of opportunity for our business, and we'd love someone who can help us develop it.
- Bring familiarity with AI tools, genuine curiosity, and enthusiasm for exploring emerging capabilities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and expand our output.
- Explore practical applications across content production, analytics, creative asset organization, Shopify, Klaviyo, and marketing operations.
- Help establish repeatable AI-assisted workflows without compromising accuracy, quality, or brand standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Practical Shopify experience, including managing products, collections, promotions, and routine storefront updates.
- Practical experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform, with a willingness to become proficient in Klaviyo.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when building, testing, and launching campaigns.
- Comfortable working independently, troubleshooting problems, and taking ownership of tasks.
- Good written communication skills and a strong sense of visual quality and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine appetite for learning how to use them more effectively.
Especially Valuable, But Not Required
- Experience building email automations and segmentation in Klaviyo.
- Experience creating and scheduling Instagram content, carousels, and short-form video.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic photo and video editing tools.
- Experience with Shopify subscriptions, integrations, or marketing apps.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
- Experience with premium consumer brands, beauty, wellness, natural products, or other visually driven businesses.
- Location: Remote position for candidates residing in Texas, with a strong preference for Austin and the surrounding Hill Country, or San Antonio. Occasional in-person collaboration in Wimberley is preferred but not required.
Schedule, Compensation & Location
- Part-time: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to evolve as our needs grow.
- Compensation: $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
- Employment: Part-time employee position.
- Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates in the Austin / Texas Hill Country area. Occasional in-person collaboration would be a welcome bonus, but is not required.
- Schedule: Flexible, with approximately two prearranged four-hour working blocks per week for reliable collaboration and availability. Remaining hours can generally be scheduled independently.
- Professional development: Opportunities to learn new platforms, AI tools, and digital marketing systems.
- Additional benefits: Employee product discount.
Who Will Thrive Here
Someone who enjoys being part of a small, entrepreneurial team, where their work makes a visible difference.
Someone who doesn't need to be told every next step, who notices when something needs attention, who enjoys finding better ways to do things, and who can balance creativity with meticulous execution.
You should be equally comfortable building an email campaign, troubleshooting a Shopify promotion, organizing a content calendar, and experimenting with a new AI tool.
Above all, we're looking for someone who can become a trusted, reliable partner in helping our business grow, while freeing our founder and creative collaborators to focus on the work they do best.
How to Apply
Please submit your résumé along with a brief introduction describing your experience with Shopify, email marketing, and any AI tools you currently use.
We'd especially love to hear about a project or workflow you've independently managed or improved, and why Be Here Farm + Nature interests you.
