Calling all paid social pros

This role is all about the strategy behind the spend. We’re looking for someone who knows paid social campaign planning, audience targeting, platform strategy, optimization and performance measurement. If your experience is primarily in organic social media or content creation, this is not that kind of social role, but our social team would probably love to meet you when the right opportunity comes along!

The Paid Social Strategist leads paid social strategy, planning and strategic campaign oversight across a portfolio of travel and tourism clients. This role translates client business objectives, audience insights and broader media strategies into actionable paid social plans designed to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

Paid Social Strategy & Planning

• Lead paid social planning across assigned accounts, translating client business objectives and integrated media strategies into actionable paid social recommendations.
• Develop paid social strategies and tactical plans across platforms, audiences, campaign objectives, placements, formats, investment levels, and measurement approaches.
• Determine the appropriate role of paid social within integrated media plans in partnership with client media leads and cross-channel planning teams.
• Develop and present paid social recommendations that clearly articulate the strategic rationale behind pl
