MMGY has an immediate opening for a Social Media Producer in our Overland Park, KS office. As a Social Media Producer, you won’t just be making social-first content. You’ll also be your client’s cultural guide and social expert. You’ll focus on making content that audiences want to watch – concepting, shooting, editing and publishing it across all major social platforms.

This position will also assist in managing content calendars, trend spotting, reporting, and collaboration with social media managers and community managers. Duties and Responsibilities * Support the execution of a social-first brand strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms * Work with project team and client(s) to execute social media strategies * Be the on-the-ground expert and creator: concept, shoot, edit and post social-first video content to align with the strategy in place * Work alongside social media, account, and creative team members to develop impactful content ideas and concepts that extend marketing campaigns and brand initiatives * Deploy communication and aid in the delivery of overall social strategy * Execute high quality social-first shoots and develop social first video to help grow client(s) social media presence, balancing speed with quality * Execute end-to-end content production including planning, on-set capture, and post-production editing using mobile and/or professional camera equipment * Optimize content for platform-specific formats, ensuring proper framing, reso
