For the start, you bring the passion and the relentless drive and we will teach you what you need to know about ads. Then you'll take it to the next level yourself.

What you'll be doing

• Write winning ad scripts, captions, headlines and story boards that clearly outperform our current Meta ads
• By this help scale the ad budget by factor 3-4
• Test creatives on other paid socials outside of Meta (eg TikTok)

#### What you bring

• A real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick
• Proven ability to develop content formats - you’ve built or contributed to formats/series that consistently perform (not just one-off posts)
• A genuine feel for audiences - you know how to research, understand, and speak to different communities
• Deep understanding of social platforms - you know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and why
• High creative taste + ownership - you care about quality, think in ideas, and take responsibility from concept to final output
• Fluent English skills - English doesn't have to be your mother tongue, but you should be able to speak it on a similar level
