We are looking for a talented and motivated Paid Media & Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong, hands-on digital advertising experience with an analytical mindset and a desire to help grow a national brand.

Our most immediate need is for someone with experience managing Meta advertising campaigns who can join our existing paid media team and help strengthen and expand our digital advertising efforts across multiple markets.

We are also looking for someone who understands the broader digital marketing ecosystem - including Google Ads, SEO, retargeting, analytics, lead generation, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media & Campaign Management

• Plan, build, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with existing team members who manage paid advertising and Meta account onboarding and offboarding for our franchise locations.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop and refine retargeting and audience-building strategies.
• Monitor paid media budgets and performance, helping ensure advertising dollars are allocated effectively across campaigns and markets.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations to improve results.
