Role Summary

The META Social Media Specialist will be responsible for knowing how to program content on Facebook and Instagram and create high-quality engaging content specifically for Facebook and Instagram, using trends and analytics, to grow the social media accounts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Content Creation: Responsible for the hands-on creation of high-quality, engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook and Instagram, using trends, analytics, and established strategic direction from the VP of Content Strategy and the Director of Social Media to grow the accounts and meet performance targets.

• Scheduling and Publishing: Using social media management tools to schedule approved posts at designated times to reach the target audience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring the performance of social media posts using analytics tools. This involves tracking metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and using this data to refine strategies as directed to meet targets.
