Position: MEDICAL MARKETING LIASON APOLLO PAIN MANAGEMENT

APOLLO PAIN MANAGEMENT

is a growing integrated health care organization with offices in the Sun City Center and Bradenton areas. Our focus is on providing our patients with advanced, non-opioid based therapies for the improvement of their pain conditions. We are seeking a qualified Medical Marketing Liason who is a reliable, energetic team-player with experience in marketing within the medical field.

Employment Type

Part-Time. W2 or 1099

Compensation

: $30 an hour plus incentive bonus structure. Mileage to be reimbursed.

Work Location

Offices in Sun City Center, FL and Bradenton, FL

Territory

: South Hillsborough and Bradenton region (from south Brandon, FL to Sarasota, FL)

Education

High school or equivalent required. College preferred.

Responsibilities

* Promote the business and services of Apollo Pain Management to potential referral sources, and maintain the overall professional image of the practice.

· Call on referral sources to include medical practice offices, Workers Comp, law offices, imaging facilities, etc. Ensure we are in their network and maintain good relations.

· Arrange/coordinate marketing lunches and speaking engagements for providers.

· Reserve and work tables at marketing expos.

· Scheduling daily posts on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) using AI and other methods.

• Meet with the practice leadership team on regular basis to strategize marketing plans.
• Maintain database of referral sources.
• Share personal accounts (referral partners in the area) with APM, helping warm intro/develop and establish relationships.

Other Responsibilities

* Conduct self professionally at all times.

· Provide weekly reports of marketing efforts to APM leadership.

* Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, vendors, physicians, coworkers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent marketing knowledge, project management abilities, and organizational skills.
• Marketing experience in the medical field. Experience with Workers Comp and Personal Injury a must.
• Knowledge and experience with social media marketing and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is imperative.
