Marketing Technology & Digital Operations Technician

We are looking for a fast-moving, technically capable Marketing Technology & Digital Operations Technician who is comfortable working across websites, social media, email marketing, online ordering systems, Google Workspace, graphic design software and other digital business platforms.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position.

We need someone who can work inside multiple systems, learn quickly, troubleshoot problems, organize digital information, make updates, prepare marketing materials and help keep projects moving without requiring constant supervision.

You should already have hands-on experience with several of the platforms listed below and be comfortable learning additional programs as needed.

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Acrobat
• Online ordering or e-commerce systems
• Website content management systems
• Online forms and databases
• Email marketing platforms
• Social media scheduling tools
• CRM or customer management systems
• ChatGPT and other AI tools

You do not need to be an expert in every program listed, but you should have real working experience with several of them and be comfortable learning new systems quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include

• Updating WordPress websites
• Editing pages, images, links and website content
• Uploading products, pricing or other information into online ordering systems
• Creating and sending Constant Contact email campaigns
• Managing email lists and contact databases
• Formatting email newsletters
• Posting and scheduling Facebook and Instagram content
• Working inside Meta Business Suite
• Assisting with Meta advertising campaigns
• Creating and resizing graphics
