Marketing Representative

Lady and the Mug is seeking a friendly, motivated, and outgoing Marketing Representative to help support our marketing and customer outreach activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people and learning about marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily marketing activities
• Communicate with customers and provide basic information
• Help promote products, services, and special offers
• Support social media and online marketing activities
• Assist with customer outreach and follow-ups
• Collect and organize basic customer and marketing information
• Help prepare simple marketing materials
• Work with team members on promotional activities
• Complete other marketing and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
