Marketing Programs Coordinator

PHS West is seeking a highly organized, resourceful and energetic marketing programs coordinator to support the execution of marketing programs, trade shows, networking events, customer experiences and other department initiatives.

Working closely with the director of marketing, this role will help turn ideas and plans into action by coordinating vendors, managing event details, capturing photos and content, supporting customer and prospect engagement and keeping marketing projects organized and moving forward.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with customers and vendors and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and projects vary from day to day.

Duties and Responsibilities

Events and Trade Shows

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, networking events, sponsorships and customer events.
• Manage communication with venues, exhibit partners, printers, promotional vendors, caterers and other suppliers.
• Track event timelines, deadlines, registrations, materials, signage, promotional items and other event needs.
• Assist with onsite event execution, setup, teardown and post-event follow-up.
• Support coordination of customer and prospect meetings surrounding conferences and events.
• Marketing and Content Support
• Assist the director of marketing with departmental projects, campaigns, presentations, research and special initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines and follow up with internal teams and outside partners.
• Capture photos and short-form video at trade shows, customer visits, company events and other activities.
• Organize marketing photography, video, collateral, promotional materials and digital assets.
• Assist with email, social media, event communications, presentations and other marketing materials as needed.
