You’ll join the Marketing Strategy & Operations team and own the operational layer behind Whatnot’s paid creative engine: the workflows, reporting, tooling, automation, and vendor infrastructure that let us produce and ship performant paid creative at volume across markets without losing brand fit or signal.

You’ll audit what exists, build a clear point of view on what needs to change, and improve the system end-to-end as paid scales globally.

What You’ll Own

• Process improvement and operating systems. Audit and redesign the operational systems behind Growth Marketing, improving reporting, measurement, tooling, campaign workflows, and decision-making processes to increase speed and effectiveness.
