What You'll Do

• Drive Growth: Strategize, build, and optimize high-quality, cost-effective inbound and outbound lead pipelines for our executive sales team.
• Manage Paid Acquisition: Run and scale high-ROI Google Ads (AdWords) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Build Digital Assets: Design, deploy, and refine high-converting landing pages and web experiences using WordPress, Elementor, and modern CMS platforms.
• Maximize Organic Reach: Execute SEO best practices to capture organic search market share.
• Leverage Tech & AI: Integrate cutting-edge AI tools and automated CRM/SaaS workflows to maximize efficiency and campaign precision.
• Report to Leadership: Partner directly with the CEO and President as a high-level idea generator, presenting actionable analytics, campaign insights, and strategic expansion plans.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in marketing campaign management and digital lead generation (financial services experience is a plus).
• Deep technical fluency with CRM/SaaS architectures, AI-driven marketing workflows, and marketing technology tools.
• Hands-on expertise running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
