VetSnap helps veterinary practices secure and track the controlled drugs they use for care, making it easy to stay DEA compliant. Our suite of solutions includes our Digital Logbook (SaaS, since 2020), hardware (safes, lockboxes, cameras, and automatic dispensing cabinets, launched 2025), and free DEA education used across U.S. vet practices and programs.

VetSnap marketing is in the process of leveling-up, so your activities and guidance will be key to shaping the new era. As we evolve from the digital logbook to a complete spectrum of software / hardware / education solutions, it will deploying best practices required to optimize multiple funnels at once—ongoing subscription sales/expansion, one-time device sales, and free CE event offerings. Because we operate in a compliance-sensitive category (DEA-regulated controlled substances), claims and targeting need a sharper eye than usual for B2B marketing.

Why this role exists

VetSnap splits the “art and science of marketing” into those two halves: the "art" (content, community, production) and the "science" (data, campaigns, paid performance). This role is the science half. As a hybrid analytics+execution role, you will first measure and hypothesize what works best, then build/publish the campaigns that grow, test, and redefine marketing success across audiences.

As the Growth & Performance Marketer, you will build and own the campaign engine that gets our content in front of the right people at the right time, track what happens, and feed proof back into the next round of creative. Your weekly packaging, targeting, and publication of ads, emails, and other creative/content will optimize toward filling our sales funnel and maturing brand awareness. You'll be the team's technical expert on paid media, CRM/marketing ops, channel strategy, and the website—running a disciplined cadence of testing, publishing, monitoring, and reporting results to the team.
