Nordweg has made leather bags in the south of Brazil since 1993. Now we're bringing the brand to the US, from our office in Austin.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who runs our marketing as a whole, every campaign from the first idea to the last send, across email and SMS, the site, ads and content, and who still loves doing the email and SMS work themselves.

You might be the one if

• You can tell a brand's story so people care, and you can show us where you've done it.
• You have about 3 to 5 years of hands-on marketing at a direct-to-consumer brand.
• You've led whole campaigns end to end, like a launch or Black Friday, and you can show what they did for sales.
• You've built email and SMS campaigns and flows yourself. Klaviyo is a plus, but it can be learned.
• You read your open, click and conversion rates to decide what to send to whom, and you see how email, the site and ads connect.
• You write clear, natural US English, and you have taste.
• You live in the US and can work here without sponsorship. Austin is a plus.
• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design or a related field.

Full-time W-2, reporting to our founder. Remote anywhere in the US, or in our Austin office. Austin is a plus; remote teammates come to Austin to start and about once a quarter. $65,000 to $90,000 base plus a quarterly bonus tied to results. 15 days of PTO plus the main US holidays. Start as soon as you can, by mid-November.
