LandOffer is a startup working on a practical problem: finding relevant jobs takes time, and applying often means entering the same information again and again.

Our product brings job listings together, helps candidates find matches based on their resumes and preferences, and offers a free Chrome extension for application autofill. Job seekers can also connect an AI assistant to review matches and apply to jobs they approve.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help job seekers understand LandOffer and find useful ways to use it. You will create content, test distribution ideas, and measure whether those efforts lead people to try the product and return to it.

What you will do

- Write and edit product explanations, social posts, and practical job-search content.

- Turn product features and user questions into short demos or other useful content.

- Participate in relevant communities with clear disclosure of your connection to LandOffer and respect for each community's rules.

- Support creator outreach and maintain clear records of conversations and agreed deliverables.

- Track traffic, sign-ups, and product usage from campaigns, and recommend what to improve.

- Share recurring user questions and feedback with the product team.

What we are looking for

- Clear English writing and editing skills.

- Experience creating content or running a small campaign through work, a student organization, or an independent project.

- Ability to organize publishing work and follow through on details.

- Comfort using spreadsheets and basic analytics to assess results.

Helpful experience

Short-form video, SEO, community participation, creator partnerships, or marketing a software product.
