We help manufacturing companies keep their operations running by providing critical automation components, including motor drives, PLCs, HMIs, and other industrial control products from leading manufacturers.

Our business is primarily digital, with customers finding and purchasing products through our website and online channels. As we continue to grow, we are building out our digital marketing function to better connect with customers, grow our brand, and drive revenue.

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a small marketing team, developing and executing the digital marketing strategy, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. This role sets priorities, manages team performance, and translates business goals into effective digital marketing initiatives.

The Manager provides direction across website content, SEO, email, social media, digital campaigns, and visual content while remaining hands-on in the execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager who can set the strategy and direction for the team while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves to complete work, solve problems, and keep projects moving.

The Team

You will lead a small digital marketing team that includes

• Content Supervisor
• Marketing Specialist
• Digital Media Specialist focused on photography, video, and visual content

The Content Supervisor also has a Content Writer on their team.

This position is responsible for bringing these areas together into a coordinated digital marketing strategy and helping the team prioritize and execute against that strategy.
