Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing activity for a portfolio of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). Depending on the local market and the center's needs, marketing activity ranges from B2B (referring physicians and alternative payers) to B2C direct-to-consumer (digital and traditional programs). This position works closely with the Operations team to support growth initiatives in each assigned center. This is a hands-on position where success includes "rolling up your sleeves" to drive desired results. This position requires marketing expertise and strong interpersonal skills to build and strengthen relationships with physicians, joint venture partners, center leaders, and practice collaborators.
