The Role

We are seeking a Content Manager to own the quality of every piece of content that leaves our agency. At Kairos, our focus is web content that converts — and this role is the final checkpoint between a rough draft and copy a client is proud to publish.Our ideal Content Manager is comfortable working with AI to create content and then revising it to meet the standards of our clients. Our AI tools generate strong first drafts. Your job is to make it sound human, on-brand, and persuasive — then fill in everything a machine and a strategist can't: voice, judgment, and taste. You need a sharp editorial eye, not a novelist's pen. If you can synthesize inputs from multiple sources and edit them into copy that sounds like the client (not like AI, and not like every other agency), you will thrive here.You will work closely with our SEO Specialist, Account Manager, Account Coordinators and the Technical Web Project Manager, to develop SEO-optimized pages that rank and read well, as well as copy, sitemaps, and wireframes for
