About the position

This individual is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities and maintaining relationships with current referring sources. The marketing coordinator is also involved in the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan. This position reports directly to COO and works closely with office managers and physicians. Day Travel within 50 mile radius of Tulsa is required and candidate must have medical experience. This is an in-office position, not remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and help develop practice strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.
• Maintain relationships with referring providers to ensure timely appointments for referrals, distribute business cards and brochures. Traveling to referring providers offices to distribute materials is required.
• Manage patient tracking database system, testimonial, and referral programs and reports, as needed, to assess efficiency of marketing initiatives.
• Create and maintain internal marketing campaigns including social media.
• Plan, coordinate, implement and attend local events including health fairs and expos.
• Continue to develop strategy to maintain and increase referrals from current patients.
