Marketing & Outreach Lead Independent Contractor | Whatcom County, Washington

Lifegiving Essentials and Madrona Nest Adult Family Home are seeking a creative, relationship-oriented Marketing & Outreach Lead to help grow two locally owned senior-care businesses in Whatcom County.

Lifegiving Essentials provides personalized in-home care, while Madrona Nest is a warm, four-resident adult family home in Blaine. Both businesses emphasize individualized care, meaningful connection, and treating people with dignity.

This contract is ideal for a self-directed marketer who can increase community awareness, generate qualified leads, and build trusted referral relationships without using high-pressure sales tactics.

Compensation

• $500 monthly retainer
• $250 success fee for an eligible new Lifegiving Essentials client who begins ongoing care and remains active for at least 30 days
• $1,000 success fee for an eligible private-pay Madrona Nest resident who moves in and remains for at least 30 days
• Preapproved event and marketing expenses reimbursed separately

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with care managers, social workers, medical providers, senior communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospice organizations, and other referral partners
• Post and distribute information across appropriate websites, social media platforms, community groups, directories, and other channels
• Find free and low-cost opportunities to increase awareness and generate leads
• Create and manage targeted outreach and marketing campaigns
• Research new platforms, communities, events, and marketing channels
• Contact prospective clients and families by phone to start meaningful conversations and better understand their needs
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and referral partners
• Turn marketing inquiries into qualified opportunities and connect interested families with the business owners
