Job Summary

Achilles Health is seeking a Paid Media & Social Content Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and paid lead-generation campaigns.

*Proven, hands-on experience successfully running Meta Ads campaigns is REQUIRED for this position.*

This is not primarily a social media posting position. While content creation and organic social media management are important parts of the role, the primary objective is to develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that consistently generate qualified leads for Achilles Health.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the process from creative concept through campaign launch, testing, optimization, reporting, and scaling.

The right candidate should be able to demonstrate previous results managing Meta advertising campaigns and explain the strategies, budgets, lead costs, creative testing, and optimization decisions behind those results.

Experience generating leads for telehealth, healthcare, wellness, medical practices, fitness, or other direct-to-consumer businesses is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibility: Paid Lead Generation

Your most important responsibility will be managing Achilles Health's paid advertising strategy and generating qualified prospective patient leads.

You will be responsible for

• Creating, launching, and managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Developing paid lead-generation strategies for Facebook and Instagram.
• Creating and testing advertising creative, copy, hooks, offers, audiences, and landing-page concepts.
• Managing campaign budgets and allocating spend based on performance.
• Monitoring and improving cost per lead, click-through rate, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and other key performance indicato
