Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity

Marketing Coordinator wanted to assist in the Charlotte branch of a Retail Real Estate Brokerage Firm. The company is seeking individuals who will be comfortable in maintaining various projects and have a creative skillset. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-starter, fast learner, hard-working, organized, able to solve problems and prioritize while being extremely detail oriented. The ability to multi-task and jump from one task to another is key. This role requires you to balance servicing clients and brokers’ needs as well as daily corporate marketing tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Looking for someone who welcomes new job responsibilities, is eager to learn and grow in our company. A professional, positive, can-do attitude is a must.

The ideal candidate will join a thriving marketing team in support of 15+ brokers of which includes the President of the company, Managing Partner and two Principals.

About the Company

A boutique retail real estate brokerage and advisory firm with over 25 years of experience assisting retailers, restaurants, and landlords in lease and sales negotiations, strategic planning, market analysis, and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and edit flyers, signage, photos, offering memorandums, and marketing packages using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Service client and brokers need that include producing maps, trade aerials, floor plans, demographic reports, tour books, and market research.
• Work with a small group of brokers to assist in the management of their transactions. Duties include, but are not limited to, tracking deadlines, organization, light paperwork.
• Maintain brand standards to ensure consistency and quality for all marketing pieces.
• Update profiles, the marketing calendar, the CoStar account, master listing, tenant catalogs, contact lists, and email campaigns.
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives.
